This Policy applies to the Glizzy service, operated by Matrix Studios Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide, South Australia. Glizzy is an online platform facilitating the distribution, purchase and download of indie games (“Content”) from independent creators (“Developers”)

- Device Data: We collect details about your device (e.g., operating system, browser type) to optimise Platform performance

- Google Analytics: We employ Google Analytics to understand user behaviour, such as page views and time spent, helping us improve Glizzy.

- Developer Revenue: We track developer sales to calculate and fulfil payouts (80% Developer share, subject to change).
4.3 Communications & Support
- User Queries: We handle personal info you submit when seeking supportor reporting issues.
- Platform Updates: We may email service-related notices (e.g., Terms changes, security alerts).
4.4 Analytics & Improvement
- Usage Data: Cookie data and log files help us understand how users interact with Glizzy, guiding us to improve features and fix bugs.
